Erection of the tubular steel frame at the Chemistry Building will commence later this spring and until the project is completed early next year, the walkways between Chemistry, State Hall and Science Hall will continue to be closed.

Major milestones for the Chemistry Expansion:

• Lecture Hall -Target completion is February 2, 2011
• Communicating Space -Target completion is March 30, 2011
• Exterior Sidewalk & Paving- Target completion is April 11, 2011
• Phase two final landscaping-Target completion is May 31, 2011
