The Planning and Space Management group provides planning and execution of plans, resource management, programs, designs, guidelines and standards related to the development, conservation, preservation and enhancement of Institution land and facilities. This includes campus master planning, strategic campus and site selection planning, annual and six-year capital planning, and deferred maintenance planning. This group is also responsible for ADA compliance requirements and space assignment requests.
