The Real Estate and Asset Management (REAM) department provides comprehensive real estate services that include the acquisition of real estate, consideration of gifted real estate, the disposition of University owned real estate, negotiation and administration of leased commercial, retail, clinical and research space and asset management services. In addition to working with the Finance and Business Operations Division, REAM collaborates closely with the University's various Schools, Colleges and Departments as well as Wayne State's General Counsel. REAM also serves as the liaison between the University's tenants and landlords.
