| This project has been completed- The VA Hospital will be constructing a vertical expansion of the Red Parking Structure at John R. and Hancock. When the erection of precast concrete decking begins in early June, Hancock will be closed at John R. Monday through Friday during the evening. The construction company plans to do most work at night to minimize daytime access problems to employees working at the Mott and 110 E. Warren. In the evening when access to Lot No. 57 from Hancock is closed, access to and from Lot No. 57 will be provide from the alley.
